I like Youth Ministries because not only are Youth the future, but many have felt unused and, sometimes, separated and misunderstood. I like to see the fresh ideas and growth in leadership that allows them to find a place in the Church that builds their understanding of God, expands their talents, and allows them to learn how to make the Church a safe space for them. A place where their ideas and understandings are not judged harshly among their peers. If they are to feel judged or misunderstood, they are able to find others who can relate to them and/or are in the same boat.

My favorite food is salmon.
